Sandstones of Time Letterboxing Tour
Bring your family on a scavenger hunt through time at our Sandstones of Time Letterboxing Tour. This second annual event will combine America’s fastest growing family hobby of Letterboxing with the history and appeal of Cannelton’s greatest treasures. Test your wits on finding the clues and collecting exclusive stamps for this one-day event.
The event begins at 9 a.m. (Central time) on Saturday, October 8, 2011 sand starts at our Letterboxing / Information tent located on the corner of 5th and Washington Streets in downtown Cannelton. From there you can purchase your Sandstones of Time stamp booklet with the clues ($5.00 each), and for beginners, get a quick tutorial on how to letterbox.
This isn't a race, so stroll at your on pace. Have fun, collect stamps, enjoy the festival!
